My name is Ashley Prowe and this will be my 7th year of teaching. My teaching experience has been in Kindergarten and 1st grade. I am passionate about early literacy instruction. 

I believe that academic instruction and character development go hand in hand. I hold my students to high expectations because I believe that all students can and will achieve. I strive to make sure that each child in my class feels cared for and important. Throughout our year together our class becomes a family. I feel that teaching is not just my occupation but my calling.

I am so excited to continue working in partnership with families to ensure their child’s success. I look forward to continuing growing and learning from my students, their families, and colleagues as we strive to provide equitable education.
