I have had great feedback on the chore list and ordering food at a fast food restaurant.  Please continue to practice with both of these activities because they are great life skills.

This week we will continue with another wh-question activity. You can do this verbally or written.  Pleaser remember to focus on answering the question asked and stay focused.  This is a good time to also plan and sequence and problem solve with camping.  What do we need?  What don't we need?   What happens if...?  Those are questions that can be asked to expand the language and include some problem solving. Questions about Camping

This week we will practice ordering a pizza.  Again, this is a great life skill as well as a great way to practice vocabulary and speech skills.  I can't wait to hear where you will practice ordering from and what type of pizza you will practice ordering.

    REPEAT Activities---

    Pick a Chore

Pick a chore with the help of your parents and following the step by step directions.

This activity is about our children being able to give basic information.  This is so important for safety as well as future independence employability.  This will be an ongoing activity to keep them practicing these skills.  IF they do not know them we will focus just on one each week.

Finally, here is a little game to play.  This is making sure our students answer and ask the correct question -wh-questions can sometimes confuse our students.  So use this to play a game and have a little fun while learning at the same time.
