• Activity log due every Tuesday and Thursday. This activity log should include what physical activity you have completed at day. Your activity log should be in list form below I have given you an example of what the log should look like. I also gave an example of what it should not look like.

    I woke up this morning, got out of bed, brushed my teeth, took a shower, played on my ps4/xbox, did the dishes, went outside and walked for 1 hour around my neighborhood, went back inside and ate lunch, and played on my ps4/xbox again.

  • I will not be hosting any more zoom meetings.

  • I will be having the first zoom meeting with the students on 4/7/20. 3rd period Team sports 2 will be held at 11am. 4th period Team sports 2 will be held at 12:30pm. 5th period Team sports 2 will be held at 1:30pm. 6th period will be held at 2:30pm. Going forward I will have all zoom meetings on Thursday or Friday and the meetings will be held at the time of your class period.
