    Hi Class!

    Starting April 1st, we will be using Remind, Google Classroom, and Zoom to complete our online learning. Please access your MCPS Student Desktop to login to our Google Classroom, as well as many other resources that we will be using. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. You can always contact me on Remind or by email (holly.sapienza@marion.k12.fl.us). Plan to join a Zoom meeting on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am. Flame students will have to leave the meeting at 10:00 to meet with Mrs. Villella. I miss you all so much!

    All assignments for the week will be posted on Google Classroom by Monday morning each week. All weekly assignments are due by 2:35pm each Friday. Each week, students will need to complete:

    • 45 minutes of iReady Math and Reading instruction
    • 20 minutes of daily reading
    • 3 ELA/Writing tasks
    • 3 Math tasks
    • 1 science task
    • 1 social studies task




    Students will need to answer the ATTENDANCE Question on their homeroom Google Classroom page each morning by 10:00am. If a student shows that they are not engaged in their distance learning more than 3 days in a row, parent contact will be made to by the school administrator. Even if your child is not completing assignments at that time just answer the question so I can count them as present.
