    Hey all,  this week we are going to be looking all the shapes around us and talk about the relative position of the objects.

    We want to use words like: above, below, beside, behind, in front of and next to.

     

    The triangle shaped pizza is next to the donuts.

    The cylinder hot dog man is running beside the books.

    The sphere shaped apple is above the donuts.

     

    Pop Quiz

    Can you make up a sentence using an object at you house?

     

    Standard: MAFS.K.G.1.1 Describe objects in the environment using names of shapes, and describe the relative positions of these objects using terms such as above, below, beside, in fornt of and next to.

    Learning Goal: I can describe the positon of objects and name the dhape regardless of their orientation or overall size.

         Complete the lessons that go with the videos watched 

     

     

    Parents: I tried give step by step instructions to log on so that we ALL (children) would have an easier time and could read  to log on. You could print this or write it out so that they can begin to log in by themselves.

     

    We will keep this same procedure throught this week and next week. I would like all the videos and lessons completed by next Friday, April 10.

     

    We have covered this skill already in class but I want them to have success with the whole computer thing!! Technology is frustrating for some (me) and when they are frustrated with technology, they are not paying attention to the lesson.
