    Attendance: Following the district attendance guidelines there will be Bell work valid for the students' attendance on a daily basis. 


    We are working on: Solving Systems of Equations


    Google Classrooms: Material for Units 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.5, and Systems of Equations is available. 



    • Some activities such as "writing practice" and "solve it" are available in Google Classrooms. You need to turn these activities in because they will be part or your weekly grades.
    • Work on the assignments even if they are past due, and turn them in.


    Grades:  I will start following the district grading criteria to add grades to the portal grade book.

    • Teachers should allow at least five to seven days for the completion of an academic activity.
    • If students have turned in one assignment or checked into the teacher's course or classroom, but have not continued to do work, they may receive zeros since they are aware of the assignment and platform being used.


    Zoom Video Conferences: Video conferences Thursdays and Friday. Meeting to answer questions and provide further help to the students who need it. 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm . My meeting ID and password will be posted in Google classrooms.

Video Conference

  • In order to provide real time help, I will have a Zoom Meeting Conference Room available. My Personal Meeting ID is posted in Google classrooms.

  • Marion County Public Schools may record online classroom sessions utilizing third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).  These recordings will only be used for educational purposes and may be shared on other learning platforms.  If you do not want your child’s image or identifying information recorded, utilize your device/platform controls to stop the camera feed from your device.
