• Welcome to Mrs. Johnson's Class

First and foremost, please know that I miss your child and our days together at school. I hope you and your family are staying well. As you may be aware, MCPS has made the decision to begin virtual learning while we cannot be together at school. I realize you may be wondering how we can accomplish this. Fear not, during this time of uncertainty, it is my goal to stay connected with you and your child. I realize the thought of “homeschooling” or “virtually schooling” can be overwhelming. It is my goal to make this hybrid learning experience as seamless as possible for each of us.

Mrs. Leslie, Miss Carlie and I have put together hard copies of both assignments and crafts for you and your child to complete at your leisure. More information about these and other things can be found on the ‘Course Information’ page of this website.

I am available to you and your child via e-mail at  tara.johnson@marion.k12.fl.us and MCPS Teacher Website anytime. I can be reached via telephone or Zoom between the hours of 10am - 11am or 2pm -3pm. Thank you for your patience, understanding and hard work as we work through this new learning experience.
