Welcome to Dunnellon Middle School

  • sign       PE

Dunnellon Middle School, working together as partners with the total community, will prepare students for the future. A professional, compassionate staff will provide a challenging, diversified curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student. Our goal is to provide a safe environment where students are expected to develop the integrity, social and life skills necessary to become productive citizens.

Box Tops For Education are greatly appreciated at DMS. Our yearly goal is $500.00! All monies collected from BTfE go toward supplies for students. Please continue to send in your Box Tops to DMS at the Front Desk of building 1.

Dunnellon Middle School has a need for volunteers. If you have the time to volunteer, and work with our middle school students please see Mrs.Whitmore at the Front Desk in Building 1 for a volunteer application. When you volunteer you are doing good for others and the community, which provides a natural sense of accomplishment. Your role as a volunteer can also give you a sense of pride and identity. You can make a difference in children’s lives by being a volunteer!

This year Dunnellon Middle has free breakfast available all students. Free and reduced lunch applications will still need to be filled out and returned to our cafe manager Cindy Guile. Applications are also available online HERE. To replenish your students lunch account go to: myschoolbucks.com if they are self pay. If you have any questions, need assistance or an application please call our Guidance office at 465-6724, or Mrs.Acevedo our Cafe manager from 6:30a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 465-6725.
