How can the appearance and structure of business letter affect the view of a business?
(For example, if you sent a letter to a business and then you received a response back... how would your opinion of the business be affected if the letter was sloppy, badly laid out, not signed, etc? What would you think of the business if it was very professionally put together, with proper formatting and structuring?)
