Hope everyone is staying healthy at home. We are well into distance learning and I have tried to keep all of our assignments as close as possible to the way we normally do things in class. Therefore, we are completing all assignments in Google Classroom. (If for some reason you need the code to rejoin the Classroom, please email me.)
I will be available Monday-Friday by email throughout the day (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone/text (352-462-3009) between the hours of 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm if you should need anything.
I will be posting your assignments for the week broke down by activity. You will start with Activity 1, which will most likely be some kind of notes/introduction, and then work numerically through the remaining activities. All assignments will be due by the end of the week (even notes...everything must be turned in). Make sure you look at the "MUST READ!" post about completing and turning in activities on a PDF. This is necessary to complete your work.
Attendance -- I still have to take attendance just as if we were physically in class. Each week I will post an attendance form to the "Attendance" section of the classwork page. Please login to check your classwork and record your attendance. In the attendance form, you will simply enter your first and last name, and select the "present" button.

Marion County Public Schools may record online classroom sessions utilizing third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). These recordings will only be used for educational purposes and may be shared on other learning platforms. If you do not want your child’s image or identifying information recorded, utilize your device/platform controls to stop the camera feed from your device.
Skyward Family and Student access allows you to access your student's assignments and grades. If you haven't registered yet, please bring your photo ID to the front office for your username and password. You may access this portal through the Liberty Middle School or MCPS district website. Follow the Family & Student Access icon in the upper right corner of the screen to log in.
