• As we get closer to testing, it is extremely important to constantly be reviewing skills.  With that being said I encourage your student to be a part of tutoring.  On Tuesdays we will be reviewing 7th grade skills.  On Thursday we will be revisiting 6th grade skills.  Since my 6th graders are now learning the foundations of 7th grade math I think it would be HIGHLY beneficial that my 7th grade students attend my 6th grade lessons on Thursdays as well.

However, my tutoring its not a social hour.  I will not hesitate to remove a child from my lessons if they are unable to work in a decent manor.  If your students is not actively participating and distracting others I will have them leave and they will not be allowed back with out me speaking with a guardian.  If you should have any further questions or comments please do not hesitate to email or call me.

  • My name is Danielle Calamela and this will be my 7th year of teaching.  I have taught middle school math for the past 4 years and absolutely love everything about this content and the capability of the students.  I graduated from Florida State University and moved back home to Southwest Florida.  My family and I relocated to Ocala in 2017 and have loved every minute of it.  When it comes to teaching, I am a very "visual" teacher.  I prefer teaching using visual aids with real world connections.  If the students can place a skill to something they can relate to, they have a higher rate of comprehension.  I am very excited to have the opportunity to say that I genuinely love what I do.
