Grad Bash will be on 4/28/2018 (must be at West Port at 4 PM in the PAC, approximate return time 3:30 AM)
In order to attend you must:
- Have a 2.0 GPA
-Have 5 or fewer absences
-Have no debt
-Have you and your parent complete the Off-Campus School Activity form (your parent must sign even if you are 18)
-Remit payment of $100 (payments are non-refundable)
You may get your forms, check for eligibility to attend, and submit your payment to Mr. Gleason (Room 9-017) or Ms Torres (Room 8-031).
If you have any medical or special accomodation needs please bring them to our attention when you submit payment.
Payments will be collected during the entirety of Power Hour in Ms. Torres' room from 1/22/18 through 2/2/18.
We will accomodate payment plans but WILL NOT accept payments of less than $20.
THE DEADLINE TO PAY IS FEBRUARY 26, 2018.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE; IF YOU DO THE LIKELIHOOD OF YOUR BEING ABLE TO ATTEND WILL GREATLY DIMINISH. WE CAN NOT PROCESS 300 PAYMENTS ON THE FINAL COLLECTION DAY. PAY EARLY AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A SPOT.
