Greetings! I hope all of you are safe and well. During this time of learning from home, we have decided to be flexible with PE activities because we do not know what equipment you have available at home.
Our goal is for you to be physically active each week for 90 minutes. The 90 minutes of activity are whatever you choose to do! Have fun and be safe! I have listed some resources for you below.
Please print off the PE Activity Documentation Form below and document any physical activities you complete during the week. At the end of the week please have your parents sign off on the activities you completed and email me the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org so I can review it and assign you a grade. *** The 90 minutes does not have to happen all at once. Add up your time throughout the week to make 90 minutes***
