My hours that I will be available are as follows:

Afternoon: 12:00pm-1:00pm viz Zoom. I will be logged in for the hour.
Please remember you can contact me at anytime, I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
TURNING IN ASSIGNMENTS:
Some assignments may require the students to complete and "turn in". Although there is no way for them to physicallly turn in the assignments to the school or I, there are other options available. I have created a folder in my email for each of the students. When a student is completed with an assignment that requires me to see their completed work, please email it to me. Whether you scan it to me or take a picture of it. You will send it to my work email:
Please use this email address only for submitting assignments and other ways we have listed for communication, as it can get confusing and assignments mixed in with communication emails. The students can email me their assignments from their own email addresses as well.
Each Monday morning I am asking students to be logged in to Zoom at 9:00am. This will set our week. We can discuss assignments, ask questions, and I can give instruction to the class as a whole. I will be active and available the rest of the week at 9:00am as well for continuous questions and instruction, but Monday's I would like ALL students logged in at 9:00am. Clearly, if this isn't possible, it isn't possible and we will always work around our schedules to make it through. Remember, we are all working together..apart :)
There is many ways we can communicate with each other. I'm going to list ways we have in the past and ways we are going to switch to while we continue our distant learnig for the fourth quarter. Don't hesitate to ask any questions!
We have always communicated through telephone, via voice or text, and that option remains the same.
Dojo. This makes it easier to get a message to all, whether it be a reminder or assignment clarification. If you have not signed up or logged into our class please try and do so as soon as possible. I will be sending frequent messages to keep us all on track, I don't want anyone to miss any information. You can download the app on your phone/device or go to the website dojo.
I will be having the meetings with students through the program Zoom. This can be downloaded via phone/device or computer. As listed on this page the available hours and login times for students, this is where they will do that. We will be able to all see each other. This gives a great way for me to instruct lessons, answer questions and explain any further details on assignments. Please sign up on zoom as soon as possible so there isn't anyone missing any meetings/instruction. You can go here, zoom, to get it for your computer.
