During each year, we will cover many areas of fitness, nutrition and physical wellness.
Quarter 1- rules of safety, procedures, warm ups, cool downs, goal setting, sportmanship, nutritional healthy life styles, and how technology is used in PE
Quarter 2- locomotor skills, games for chasing, fleeing, dodging, jumping and landing to use procedures of skills in obstacles courses or routines adding flexibility, dance and gymnastics
Quarter 3- dribbling, catching, throwing, striking with body parts, then using in sports and the use of offense and defense, as well as, bike, pedestrian and water safety
Quarter 4- finishing the year with striking with implements such as badminton, tennis rackets, golf clubs and wiffle ball, bats for softball
