Office 365 Download Instructions for Staff

  • This process is only for currently active staff of Marion County Public Schools.

    Login to the MCPS Desktop Portal > click the Office 365 tile:

    Input your MCPS email address and move your cursor to the password field

    Office 365 Login


    Note: The staff who has a personal account (One Drive), in addition to their MCPS account (One Drive for business), will see this screen open when they attempt to input their password on the login screen.


    Click Work or school account

    Office 365 Login


    Input your MCPS password > click Sign in

    Office 365 Login


    Click the Office 365 link to go to the Home page

    On the Office 365 Home page > click the Install Office 2016 button

    Note:  If the staff member owns a MAC computer > they should logon to the MCPS Desktop Portal from their Mac and follow the same procedure to install office on their Mac.
