Disability rights are civil rights. From voting to parking, the ADA is a law that protects people with disabilities in many areas of public life.Interpreters- The legal right to an educational interpreter was established by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA 04). IDEA 04 states that all children with disabilities have the right to a “free and appropriate education”, The IDEA 04 emphasizes special education and related services considered to meet their individual needs and prepare them for the future.
