Physical Education classes are designed to practice and develop skills in activities that will help students maintain fitness throughout their life. Students will understand the benefits that regular exercise can provide for a person's mental, physical, and social health.
Students are encouraged to keep a daily physical education log of all activities related to pe, this can be done on a daily basis or can also be tracked weekly!
Daily office hrs morning 9 to 10 , afternoon 12:30 to 1:30
there are several different workout videos, physical activities, and fitness related assignments uploaded that students may choose from to reach their 150 minutes weekly PE CLASS ASSIGNMENT.
