Active From Home

  • Hey everyone!! I hope you all are staying safe during all of this and you're doing your best to stay active and healthy. During this time period of learning from home, I will be sending out bi-weekly lessons for you to complete at home. Feel free to be flexible and complete what best fits your environment and with equipment you have accessible to you. The goal is to try and complete 90 minute of physical activity each week. The 90 minutes is your time to stay active so pick activities you will have fun doing!




    Attached is the PE Documentation Form you will need to have printed off and completed as you do your activities. Have your parent/guardian sign off on what you complete and have them email it back to me at

    Here will be your lessons and acitvities for the next three weeks. Your first lesson is a quick workout lesson you can do from April 1st - April 3rd. Following fromt there will be your two week lessons. Have fun and stay safe!!
