As an elite team of experienced cadets, the WPHS U.S. Army JROTC Honor Guard is primarily responsible for honoring and handling our Nation’s colors. The Honor Guard is the JROTC team that raises and lowers the National and State flags every school morning and afternoon.
Composed of 27 cadets, the Honor Guard practices and coordinates their performance based on the standards of the TC 3–21.5 (FM 22-5).
HONOR GUARD POSITIONS
Honor Guard Commander:
Leads the Honor Guard to excellence.
Honor Guard Assisstant:
Is responsible for assisting the Honor Guard Commander.
