MISSION: Bus Brigade
"MISSION: Bus Brigade - Supply Their Success" is an annual outreach program sponsored by Marion County Public Schools Homeless / Needy Children Program.
This campaign affords local residents the opportunity to make a genuine difference in a homeless /needy child's life, by donating new school supplies, children's clothes, shoes, personal hygiene items, and financial contributions.
The donated supplies are distributed to the counseling offices at each school to meet the needs of our students attending those schools. This keeps all donations local and makes distribution more efficient.
Locations of the school bus at retail locations varies year to year. Watch local media reports to discover when we are near you or call the Homeless and Needy Program Office at 352.671.6847.
Monetary donations may be mailed to 1614 E. Ft. King St., Ocala, FL, 34471. Checks should be payable to Homeless / Needy Children Program and note the memo for "MISSION: Bus Brigade."
