Individualized Attention – Enough caring staff (12:1 student/teacher ratio) to focus on each girl's potential, provide consistent structure and ongoing recognition of her accomplishments.

Spirited Girls! – PACE specific, gender sensitive, life management curriculum designed to promote health lifestyle choices.

Counseling – Individual, group and family counseling sessions conducted to meet the individual needs of the students and her family with staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Community Service – Girls are encouraged to participate in monthly community services projects to promote self work and involvement in their community.

Transitional Services – Unprecedented three years of comprehensive follow-up for all girls attending the program for more than 30 days.
