AR Information and Links
AR Tests are not able to be taken at home but instead can only be taken at school during school day hours. The program is associated with the school's network. Students are expected to take these tests independently without assistance from other students, adults, or the book they are testing on. The only exception is the ready reader level, the teacher or assistant may read the tests to the students.
Your child uses a software program called Renaissance at school. This program has a special feature called Home Connect, which your child and you can access outside of school from any computer with an Internet Connection. Home Connect allows you to view information about your child's AR progress. It also allows you to sign up to receive email notifications after your child completes an activity or assessment at school. You can log in to Home Connect from any computer with an Internet Connection and compatible browser.
Log in to Home Connect Website so you and your child can view your child's AR reading and Quiz history. After logging in, see the top right hand corner to "Get email updates to Track your child's AR progress". Click this link: https://global-zone05.renaissance-go.com/studentprogress/homeconnect?t=72115
*** Username is your child's 6 digit student number and password is your child's 2-digit birth month and 4-digit birth year (for example, if my child was born August 2013 password would be 082013) ***
If you have questions about Home Connect, please let me know.
