Greetings Broncos,

Our 3 Day Countdown begins tomorrow as our student finish the year with their last day being May 26th. These are full school days. There are no early releases this year. Our announcements for this week are as follows: 

Backpacks & Bookbags 

The last day students will need to bring backpacks is Monday, May 24th. 

Special Reminder from our media specialist, Mrs. Boatright. 

All library books were due on Monday, May 17th. 194 students still have 1 or more library books checked out. Parents, please help your child look for their overdue library books. Library books like to hide in backpacks, under couches and beds, on bookshelves, and in cars. Any book not returned is counted as lost and a fee is added to your child's school records. Thank you for your help keeping our library filled with wonderful books for our students to read. 

Face Covers Optional During Summer School 

During our summer school camps, students have the option of wearing or not wearing a mask inside and outside of the school during the day. This information was also share from our district office on May 20th. Face coverings / masks will be encouraged but optional on all school property starting Thursday, May 27. Parents wanting their children to continue wearing masks during Summer School should have those discussions. School personnel, including teachers, bus drivers, and cafeteria staff, will not monitor masking. 

In-coming Kindergartners! 

If you have a child that will turn five years old on or before September 1, 2021, you can register now. Each school has a designated attendance/zoning area. If Belleview is your zoned school, we encourage you to register now. You may contact us at 352-671-6100 for more information or registration support if needed.
