Mrs. Cari Lamperski :)
Hi! My name is Cari Lamperski. I am so proud to be a teacher at Madison Street Academy! All three of my children graduated from Madison Street, and I used to be a parent volunteer here too. This is my eleventh year teaching with MCPS and my 5th year at MSA. I am super excited about teaching 4th grade!
My funny husband is Scott, and we have been married for 26 years. We have three amazing children, and they are Rachel, Lauren, and Matthew. Rachel and Lauren have finished college. One at UCF, and one at FSU. Matthew now goes to UF. As you can imagine, I am super proud of my children, and I L-O-V-E spending time with my family. We love the beach, the movies, and playing games together (like cards or Monopoly). We also like to watch Jeopardy! on t.v. together. One of my favorite activities to do is read! (Are you surprised?)
I graduated from Florida Southern College, and I relish learning! I graduated with my Masters of Education in Reading from Saint Leo University with a Concentration in Reading. I count it an honor to have an education. Not everyone in the world can have an education, especially girls and non-affluent citizens. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I look forward to learning more about Y-O-U!
Here is a great thought that I believe in, "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest."
