I am 1 out of 5 children in my family. My siblings and I are all in our 20's except the one you see in the pic with me, he is 7. As I started my first day as a teacher, he started his fist day of school.

I was the first person in my family to graduate from college. While in school, Mathematics has always been my passion. In high school, I had strong and inspiring leaders as my math teachers. I graduated from West Port High in 2009 and then attended the College of Central Florida. After earning my AA degree in Mathematics I transferred to the University of Florida and graduated with a BAS in statistics and mathematics. 

During the Fall of 2014, I started my first year as a teacher. This experience was nothing I have ever expected, but it's a profession that I wholeheartedly love.
