I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Social Sciences and I have a passion for history.  I'm a bit odd and nerdy (I'm an artist, costumer, and a gamer).  I'm also a husband and a father, and I am an avid runner.  I'm a U.S. Navy veteran of the Iraq and Afghanistan conflicts, served from 2000-2004.  During my service I got to visit half of the world as I toured most of Asia and lived in Japan for several years.  I very much love connecting with students and trying to help them see the importance of Government and History in our daily lives.
