Hello! My name is Katie Weston.  This is my fourth year at Liberty Middle School (my 11th year teaching)!  I graduated from the University of North Florida, and I have taught Economics, World History,  AP Human Geography, and 4 years of Algebra 1 at the high school level.

I am married and have 3 children!  I love teaching, and I love my family.  When I'm not at school with my classroom kids, I'm running around with my own kids (usually at the soccer complex)!

This year I have the great privilege of being an AVID elective teacher and AVID coordinator.  

The most important thing you need to know about me---  I show up everyday giving it my all. I am dedicated to helping students reach their academic potential, but I equally am committed to being a positive role model that puts smiles on faces.  I will work hard for my students all year, but I EXPECT them to work hard for me in return.  We are in this together.
