Mrs. Myrna Wiley

My name is Myrna Wiley. I am a VE teacher, providing Support Facilitation to students in grades K-5.  This is my fourth year teaching here at MOES, which I thoroughly enjoy because of our hard-working students, dedicated teachers, and dynamic administration team. Previously, I taught and supervised in New York for over twenty-five years. The most important philosophies that guide my teaching are: (1) Every child can learn; (2) All children learn differently; (3) and it is imperative that I implement evidence-based teaching/learning strategies, collaboratively and consistently to help all my students succeed. When my students succeed, I succeed!

My qualifications include the following: (1) MSED in Special Education, Long Island University, New York, and a Professional Educator's Certification in Exceptional Student Education, grades K-12; (2) Autism Endorsement - grades K-12;  (3) Reading Endorsement - grades K-12; (4) Infant-Toddler Developmental Specialist Certification. I have also completed Post-Graduate Studies in both Applied Behavior Analysis, and Educational Leadership in New York.

It is an honor and privilege to be your child's teacher.
