We will be sending Zoom invites through your school email. It can be accessed through the following steps:
- Go to the Desktop and sign in (firstname.lastname@example.org and their individual password)
- Click on Office 365 icon (orange, white and blue tile)
- Click on Outlook icon (blue envelope with a letter)-this opens the email
- On the left is the inbox, drafts, sent files
- In the middle is the list of emails which have come into your mailbox
- The far right shows the reading pane of the current email that is visible.
- New message is located on the top left. Enter the email address for who you are sending it to, indicate a subject and then begin the message. Hit send when completed.
