    Here you will find some resources to help you stay physically fit while you are at home. Click on the link (P.E. Packet) provided below and you may print the 2-week activity log, or you may create your own log on paper. Have a family member sign the activity each day and return the finished log when you return to school. 

    There are plenty of ideas for activities, plus a one-minute fitness challenge for each activity.
