This is my 5th Year at North Marion Middle School. I am looking forward to another awesome year! I am excited to be teaching your student, and expect them to do their work to the best of their abilities, ask questions, and follow the classroom rules. Eagerness and willingness to learn, positive attitude, respectful behavior is the standard in my classroom, which leads to success not just in grades but as a citizen.
Prior to teaching, I worked for Rasmussen College in the Admissions department for seven years, worked as an Operations Manager at a performing arts school, Comptroller and Chief Information Officer for a distribution company, and Store Manager for McDonald’s in the Tampa Bay area. I also currently serving my 20th year in the US Army as a Brigade Equal Opportunity Advisor with the rank of Sergeant First Class, and have served overseas four times in countries of Egypt, Kosovo, Kuwait, Iraqi and Afghanistan.
Addition to being the Technology Teacher, I serve with Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Program. The CAP program is similar to a JROTC program, yet at the middle school level. http://units.flwg.us/FL826.aspx

You may click the links along the right side to find my syllabus, current and past assignments as well as the Internet links that we will be using in these courses. Please keep in mind homework assignments are usually given with 7 days to complete, and no late homework will be accepted unless the student is absent the day it is due.
