Mr. Foster’s Background


I grew up in South Florida.

Moved to Atlanta where I attended High School.

I played football, Middle linebacker and I made the All-North Atlanta football team at linebacker.

I was on the school wrestling team that won the State Championship, I won 4th in state.


I joined the Army and went to Intelligence training, I became an Intelligence Analyst. In three year I attained the rank of E-5.

I was also on the Army pistol team and won a gold medal for the Duel competition and two bronze medals for team competition.


I graduated from the University of Florida in Broadcast Production.

I was the WUFT-TV student Crew chief, and I directed the news, and directed TV shows.


I moved to Lexington, Kentucky and worked at WKYT-TV where I was a Producer/Director. I directed the news, commercials, and University of Kentucky Basketball and Football games.  I was married in Lexington to my beautiful wife Pamela, we have two lovely daughters, Rachael and Meredith, my wife and two daughters are also teachers here in Marion County.  I have two grand children. 


I moved to Florida to get away from the cold weather in Lexington, I worked at WOGX – TV here in Ocala as the head of Creative Services, I then moved into sales.  I also worked at WCJB – TV in sales and I had my own production company.


I joined the Marion County School system in 1996 , I have been at North Marion High School for 23 years teaching Television Production and Digital Production.
