    Dear Parents,

I am so happy to have your child in my Math class this year.  I want you to know that I will do everything that I can to help them to succeed.  First, I do give homework each night.  These assignments should not take more than 15 - 20 min. Assignments can be completed either online or from their books.  Using the online version is preferable. If a particular assignment is giving them difficulty, have them circle or screen print that problem, and we will go over it in class the next day. As you may recall, the more we practice anything, the better we become at it, this is particularly true with Math.  I may be reached by email, phone, or jot a note in your child's agenda planner.  I know that as we work together, this will be a great school year!  Remember, our goal is to help your child to succeed.

    Sincerely,

    Deborah Coscia
