Mrs. Donna Reynolds
I began my teaching career in 1993, after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. with a degree in Mentally Handicapped Education. In Georgia, I taught all subjects to students with Intellectual Disabilities, Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities, Specific Learning Disabilities as well as students on the Autism Spectrum. I moved to Florida in 2001 and added certifications in English 6-12, Varying Exceptionalities and Elementary Education. I taught for 6 years in Pinellas County at Boca Ciega High School, teaching self-contained Severely Emotionally Disturbed as well as general education 10th grade English. When my husband's job moved us, I went to an alternative school for students with special needs in Charlotte County, Florida. I moved to Marion County in August of 2012 to live closer to my grandchildren and was fortunate to get a job at Osceola Middle School. I am ecstatic to be here. Osceola Middle School is a wonderful school and I hope to work here for the rest of my career.
