Welcome. Thanks for visiting my Physical Education Webpage

  • I hope you're having a terrific day!  Coach Humphries is my name and PE is my game.  This is my 4th year teaching Physical Education to the wonderful students here at Belleview-Santos.  It is an honor and a privilege to be working with your child.  I hope that you and your families are doing well and enjoyed your summer.  We have missed everyone and look forward to having you return to school on August 24th or working with you online with the Microsoft Teams App focusing on fitness and nutrition activities.  BSES is proud to be a Marion county FANS (Fitness and Nutrition School) and is excited to get the school year started.  It's good to get at least 30-60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical acivity each day to stay healthy and fit.  I hope that each of you have been doing a lot of reading during your time away from school.  This is very important along with physical activity.  Oh, don't forget...please make healthy food choices and remember to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water when doing physical activities.  All students will need to bring your own water bottles to school this year to drink out of.  The water fountains in the gym are only for filling water bottles.  No drinking out of any water fountains on campus.

*Social distancing and the use of face mask will be implemented school wide including PE classes.
