Our primary goals are to keep our children and families safe and help provide strategies for coping during this uncertain time.  Please view the following powerpoint for strategies, activities, and links for use at home with your families.

• Help families focus on "things they can control" during digital learning.
• Offer grounding techniques when stress starts to build
• Acknowledge fears, anxiety during this uncertain time.
