Mrs Carranza is the 2017-18 'Teacher of the Year" for Stanton-Weirsdale Elementary School. She has been a Marion County teacher for 24 years.  In addition, she has taught PreK through college students.  Her goal is to prepare students for LIFE.  It is important that students can read, write, and use reasoning skills for everyday tasks.
