Welcome to English III. This year we will be focusing on various types of literature through the use of listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Throughout the year, there will be certain projects required by the county, or myself for students to perform. Individual and group work is utilized in my classroom.
This year we will be focusing on American Literature. Students will start to analyze the meaning of symbols in the literature and compare that to the time period to fully gain meaning of the works that we are reading. There will also be a culminating research paper at the end of the year where students will analyze a work through a given topic.
