Marion County Public Schools may record online classroom sessions utilizing third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).  These recordings will only be used for educational purposes and may be shared on other learning platforms.  If you do not want your child’s image or identifying information recorded, utilize your device/platform controls to stop the camera feed from your device.

Welcome to a new school year.  I am Mrs. Sharon Lambert. I will be working with your student in either Game Simulation and Design, Game Design Programming, MultiUser Game Programming, Digital Information Technology Hybrid, Administrative Office 1, or Business Software Applications 1 or 2.

I will be posting all of my assignments on line for students and parents to view.  If a student is absent, they will need to check the school web site at to find out what they have missed and when it is due. Assignments are expected to be turned in on time unless other arrangements have been made with me.  I am also available before or after school by appointment.

The Hybrid Digital Information Technology class has an online component to them. As assignments in Moodle are assigned, they have due dates that are not flexible.  Once the due date has expired, the assignments can not be made up. Students will need to work outside of class and during scheduled class time to complete the assignments.

There are several writing assignments within the classes and students are expected to provide a listing of the resources that they utilized from online. Plagiarism is unacceptable in any of my classes.  Students who choose to plagiarize will receive a zero on the assignment and will be referred to discipline.

I will also be the FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) advisor.  Students are encouraged to participate in this club.  Information on joining this club will be provided to students.

I look forward to working with each of you this school year.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at If you would like to set up a parent conference, please contact the guidance department at 465-6745.
