    What: Pick Up Student Belongings (Pictures/Classroom Items)

    When:  May 20 - May 21

    Pre-K/Kinder           9 -10 a.m.

    First/Second            10 - 11 a.m.

    Third/Fourth            11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

     

    May 26-May 28th

    All grade levels 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

    Where: Car Line Loop

    Parents, when you enter the car line loop, please stop at the first posted sign, remain in your vehicle, and pop your trunk or roll down a passenger window. Please be ready to show your ID.  We will ask for your child's name, grade level, and Teacher.  We will place any pictures or awards that we have for your child in the vehicle, and then you'll pull forward to the appropriate grade level sign so we can place additional student belongings in the car.  We will close the trunk for you, so please remain in your vehicle. If you are picking up multiple grade-level items; you may be asked to park elsewhere, and the items will be brought to you.  

    Please remember to bring your ID. We will release student belongings to adults listed on your child's Emergency Contact List.  If you or someone on the Emergency Contact List are unable to pick up the items, please contact the front office.   
    ** For medication pick up, please contact our Health Clinic Assistant, Ms. Harden, at 465-6710 to arrange for pick-up. **

    Distance learning Information

    Each student received an invitation to his or her student portal to access my Google Classroom.  All assignments will be posted on GoogleClassroom.  They all used the portal at school to get on iReady so they should all know how to get on.   They will get to their e-mail by clicking on the Office 365 button and then the Outlook button.

    I will be available each day from 9:00-10:00am and again from 12:00-1:00 pm.  This means I will be online monitoring my emails in case you have any questions.  You may email me any time you have questions, as I will be checking in often.     I will also send a Zoom invitation to each student’s email address on his or her student portal if I schedule a Zoom meeting.  

     

    Assignments:

    There are several ways to turn in assignments.  You may scan it directly to my email address zdzislawa.parisi@marion.k12.fl.us or you may take a picture and send it as an attachment as long as I can read the work.  You may also send it to me on Google Classroom.   No papers can be returned to school directly due to Covid19.

    For those with no online access there will be second grade packets of work available at the school for pick up Monday-Wednesday 7:45-2:00.

    Students will be receiving grades on required assignments. 

     

    Daily Attendance:

    I will be turning in attendance each day electronically.   I wil be using any form of communication with parents and students as participation.   I can also see that that they are doing their I-Ready minutes.
