    The company commander and their 1SG are responsible for everything their company does or fails to do. Additionally, the company commander keeps the battalion commander knowledgeable of their company’s status. Commanding the company at all formations, the company commander must be an expert at drill. Company Commanders ensure each cadet is an effective member of the team, making on-the-spot corrections as necessary for the best of their company members.
