Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Molly A. Stewart

I was born in Ocala on 2/14/1970.  I have my Bachelor'sDegree from Saint Leo University and my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from National-Louis University.  I started teaching at Anthony Elementary in 1994 and in 1999 was awarded as a Marion County Golden Apple winner.  I moved to Dr. NH Jones Elementary in 1999 so that I could teach at the same school that both of my sons would attend and have been here ever since.  I was the Curriculum Coordinator for 4 years and missed having direct contact with the students , so I returned to the classroom and have since then taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

I have two sons.  My son Nate (25) is working at Dixie Metal Products as a welder and fabricator.  James (22) works for Cardinal LG Co.  We have two dogs, Jack and Baylee, and one class pet, a bearded dragon named Willis.

I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a teacher.  I volunteered in Children's Church growing up and in high school I was a member of FEA (Future Educators of America).  Working with children is my passion and I feel blessed to have a proffession that I love so much.
