My name is Sheila Welhaven and I am delighted to be your child's teacher this year. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with both my Bachelor and Master Degress in Education.  I am also certified in Educational Leadership. I have taught first grade, kindergarten and VPK. I have been a teacher for 31 years.  This is number 32.  I have taught in Volusia, Orange and Marion County Public Schools. I was born in Connecticut and moved to Ormond Beach, Florida when I was 12.  I have been married to my husband Eric for almost 17 years. We love to travel, spoil our nieces and nephew, and relax at the beach or by our pool.
