The Dunnellon Elementary School community is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and challenging learning environment that meets the needs of all students.
Dunnellon Elementary School is located in rural southwestern Marion County near the scenic Rainbow River. Once the students leave Dunnellon Elementary, most are assigned to Dunnellon Middle School and then go on to Dunnellon High School.
The Dunnellon Elementary School family is very proud of our academic growth. Dunnellon Elementary School has shown continued improvement over the past several years. A school of approximately 600 students, our average class size in K - 2 is 18 students, and we average 22 students in 3rd – 5th grade classes.
Dunnellon Elementary School is a Title 1 School. Funds from the program are used to purchase faculty and staff positions, staff development activities, technology equipment, student materials, and parent involvement activities.

Teacher Day - 7:15 AM - 3:00 PM
Early Dismissal - 12:05 PM
Front Office Hours - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
BREAKFAST is FREE for all students
LUNCH is FREE for all students
