• Welcome to Mrs. Johnson's Class

First and foremost, please know that I miss your child and our days together at school. I hope you and your family are staying well. As you may be aware, MCPS has made the decision to continue virtual learning through the end of our school year.Because of this, we will continue both our communcaiton and learning the same way that we have been for the past several weeks. Our last day of schooling will be June 1, 2020. I realize this may be a taxing thought on you. Fear not, as I have told each of you, whatever method you have come up with at home for learning, you are doing GREAT! This is not a time that any of us planned for. We are all doing our best to stay afloat. My goal to stay connected with you and your child and continue to make this hybrid learning experience as seamless as possible for each of us.

Mrs. Leslie, Miss Carlie and I will continue to gather assignments for you and your child to complete at your leisure. More information about these and other things can be found on the ‘Course Information’ page of this website.

I am available to you and your child via e-mail at  tara.johnson@marion.k12.fl.us and MCPS Teacher Website anytime. I can be reached via telephone or Zoom between the hours of 10am - 11am or 12pm -1pm, as well as via text anytime 352.207.5599. Thank you for your patience, understanding and hard work as we work through this new learning experience.
