    Hello Shady Hill!

This is the PE Crew wishing you a safe and happy week! While we are under quarantine, the PE Department here at Shady Hill has put together a program to help us stay healthy and strong while staying safe. There will be a variety of videos and activities that will be posted for students to complete at home. Please note that some of the activities are OPTIONAL.

IMPORTANT: There will be an activity log assignment posted below for students to complete for a grade. Once students complete the log, they will need to either scan, take a picture, etc. and email the log to either Coach Michael (michelle.michael@marion.k12.fl.us) or Coach Paul (kacy.paul@marion.k12.fl.us).

Submit your activity log every 2 weeks:

Week 1 & 2: April 6-17  If you started documenting Wednesday, April 1st that's ok. Please include those days in with week 1.

    Week 3 & 4: April 20-24

    Week 5 & 6: April 27-May 8

HOPEFULLY WE ARE BACK IN SCHOOL!, BUT IF WE ARE STILL OUT:

    Week 7 & 8: May 11-22

There will be a gallery section on each of our pages to highlight student success at home. If you would like to take a SHORT video or picture of yourself being physically active at home, email us a copy of the video/picture and a short description to either Coach Paul or to Coach Michael.
