My name is Danielle Calamela and this will be my 7th year of teaching.  I have taught middle school math for the past 4 years and absolutely love everything about this content and the capability of the students.  I graduated from Florida State University and moved back home to Southwest Florida.  My family and I relocated to Ocala in 2017 and have loved every minute of it.  When it comes to teaching, I am a very "visual" teacher.  I prefer teaching using visual aids with real world connections.  If the students can place a skill to something they can relate to, they have a higher rate of comprehension.  I am very excited to have the opportunity to say that I genuinely love what I do.
