    SENIOR PORTRAITS JUNE 19-22 IN THE DEN

    SWI Photography will be here June 19-22 in the Den to take senior portraits. Students that have already scheduled a time for their photographs will meet SWI in the Den at their scheduled time. Students that have not scheduled a time already should call SWI directly to ensure a time slot is available for them.

    GLOBAL LOGISTICS PROGRAM AT WEST PORT!

    Any students interested in applying for the BRAND NEW Logistics Program that will be offered at West Port and Lake Weir High School for the first time in 2017, please complete the application below. The video explains in detail what this program has to offer.

    Ambassador Training & Freshmen Preview

    The West Port Student Ambassadors will meet on July 25th at 8:00AM until 1:30PM in the PAC for training. Lunch will be provided. Students should have submitted the application/permission form to Ms. Craig by May 19th for approval.

    The annual Freshmen Preview will be on July 27th from 8:00AM to 1:00PM. All incoming freshman students will check-in at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) by 8:00AM. This is an amazing opportunity for new freshman students to see what West Port has to offer. Students will participate in informational sessions and get a tour of the school. This event is for freshman students only, parents can pick up their children in front of the PAC at 1:00PM. Lunch will be provided. Please make sure to RSVP by calling 352-291-4000.

  • BAND SUMMER CAMP 2017

    July 8th West Port Band Day. 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM This is a Mini-Camp Day and trip to DCI in Orlando (Locations: West Port / Camping World Stadium)

    July 17-20 Rookie Band Camp from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Half day schedule

    July 24-Aug. 3rd All members must attend the entire two weeks. 8am to 5pm (No Friday practices)

    Aug. 7 & 8 Band Camp Night rehearsals from 4:00pm to 10:00pm All Members Mandatory

    Summer school classes will begin on June 5th through July 13th. Classes that will be offered are:

    • Algebra 1 Bootcamp

    • Driver's Education

    • PLATO

Office 365 Information

  • Microsoft Office 365

    Introducing Office 365 for Students and Staff

    The School Board of Marion County, FL is proud to announce the new Microsoft Office Pro Plus Program to students and staff. This program provides free access to Office 365 Pro Plus for students enrolled in our school district and staff (employees). Marion County Public Schools meets this requirement!

     

    Students currently enrolled in our district, and staff, are eligible, and may download and install Office 365 ProPlus on up to 5 devices (PC, MAC). The School Board of Marion County, FL does not provide support for installing or troubleshooting software on personal devices or home computers.
