    Great Information

    School Safety

Anthony Elementary School is concerned about safety - bus safety, parking lot safety, playground safety, grounds safety, and personal safety. Please don't be offended if we ask you to park in a different location, walk inside the crosswalk, or show a picture ID when picking up a child. We all have to show our children we are concerned about safety issues.

Additionally, please do not walk to your child's classroom in the morning or at the end of the school day. Students who are walkers need to be picked up by the double doors adjacent to the front office.  All car riders (Pre K- 5th) are to be picked up at the back car loop, by buildings 8 and 9.  Parents must remain in the car line with a school issued pick up card in the front windshield.

2015-2016 Parent Survey

Parents, Marion County Public Schools wants to hear from you. The district and its 53 schools want to know how they can better serve students, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders in our local community. With parents taking more interest in their children’s education, the district’s latest Parent Survey is now available online and at each school.

Parents can access the survey at www.marionschools.net/parentsurvey. The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
